To activate sbi debit card with the help of an ATM machine you should first go to the SBI ATM and then you should put in the debit card into the machine and then you should opt for the option of PIN generation.
Now, you should provide your 11 digit account number, followed by which you should put in your 10 digit number as well which is registered with your bank account.
Now, you will receive a one time password on your mobile number after which you should insert your card once again and then select the option of PIN change and then put in the OTP you got on the ATM screen and then finally create a new PIN for your debit card.
Activating debit card of SBI through toll free number
Give a call at 18004253800 from your registered mobile number and then hit on 1 number key to generate a PIN and then do as you are instructed.
You will be asked to fill in the last five digits of your debit card as well as your account number and then you will get an OTP.
Finally visit a SBI ATM, put in the current OTP and then get a new one for yourself and then you can use this new PIN to use your card anywhere you want to.
