How do we develop educational advice in higher education?
Advising, training, and evaluating are generally the primary missions of educational advisors in higher education. This work offers tools for action and analysis of these three missions.
Co-written by around thirty Swiss, French, Belgian, and Canadian contributors, this work is aimed at educational advisors in higher education, whether new or experienced. It offers them analytical and practical tools to carry out their three primary missions: advising, training, and evaluating. Part of the book is also devoted to educational advisors’ training and professional development: how to get started in the profession, analyze and assess the scope of your actions, and design and carry out a development and promotion policy—teaching within a higher education establishment?
